Learn to Freedive & Find Your Forever Place
PADI Beginner Freediver Course
Your first step into a quieter, beautiful underwater world.
The PADI Freediver course is where exploration truly begins. This certification teaches you how to freedive safely in open water while developing the skills needed to explore reefs and drop-offs with minimal impact on marine life.
You’ll train in advanced breathing and relaxation techniques, equalization methods, freediving safety and rescue procedures, and proper equipment use. Training includes static apnea, dynamic apnea, free immersion, and constant weight freediving, progressing to open water dives to a maximum depth of 16 metres / 55 feet.
Freediving offers a unique way to experience the ocean — moving quietly, observing marine life without bubbles or noise, and gaining a firsthand understanding of why these ecosystems are worth protecting.
Prerequisites:
- Minimum Age: 12 years
- Able to swim 200 metres continuously
- Good physical health
Course Breakdown:
- Complete PADI Freediver eLearning

PADI Dynamic Bi-Fins Specialty Course
Move further, with less effort.
The PADI Dynamic Bi-Fins Specialty is all about refining your technique and efficiency while swimming underwater with bi-fins. Whether you’re looking to increase your distance, improve your body position, or simply feel more comfortable and relaxed in the water, this specialty helps you make every movement count.
You’ll build on the skills you already developed as a freediver, focusing on efficient finning technique, streamlining, relaxation, and body position. Training is designed to help you understand what makes a dynamic swim more efficient and how to approach your training with purpose.
Dynamic apnea is more than swimming farther — it’s about learning to move through the water with as little effort as possible, conserving energy while staying relaxed and in control.
Prerequisites:
- PADI Basic Freediver certification or equivalent
- Good physical health
Course Breakdown:
- Knowledge development
- Dry-land technique and training
- Confined water dynamic apnea sessions
- Technique refinement and performance training
Outcome:
Earn your PADI Dynamic Bi-Fins Specialty certification while developing greater efficiency, confidence, and control in your dynamic apnea. You’ll leave with the tools to train smarter, move more efficiently, and enjoy the quiet challenge of going a little farther.

PADI Dynamic No Fins Specialty Course
Just you, your breath, and the water.
The PADI Dynamic No Fins Specialty introduces you to one of freediving’s most technical disciplines — swimming underwater without fins. Without the extra propulsion of fins, every movement matters, making DNF a beautiful exercise in efficiency, body awareness, and control.
You’ll learn how to use your body more effectively through streamlined movement, efficient technique, relaxation, and coordination. Training takes place both on land and in the water, giving you the opportunity to understand the mechanics behind DNF and develop a training approach that works for you.
There’s something wonderfully simple about no-fins freediving. No equipment to propel you forward — just your own movement, your breath, and the water around you.
Prerequisites:
- PADI Basic Freediver certification or equivalent
- Good physical health
Course Breakdown:
- Knowledge development
- Dry-land technique and training
- Confined water DNF sessions
- Technique development and refinement
Outcome:
Earn your PADI Dynamic No Fins Specialty certification and develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence to train DNF safely and effectively. You’ll learn to move with intention, improve your efficiency, and discover just how little you need to travel through the water.
